Meet Our Staff

Mike Strakal, PT, Owner

Michael Strakal is a physical therapist as well as a certified ergonomist. Mike works with business and industry, as well as patients, using prevention techniques as his primary tool for treatment. He specializes in ASTYM, vestibular rehabilitation, back and lower extremity problems, Temporo-mandibular and cervical pain, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and ergonomics. Mike is a graduate of the University of Idaho, the University of Iowa Physical Therapy Program, and the University of Notre Dame.

Genie Strakal, PT, CHT, MSA, Owner

Genie Strakal is a certified hand therapist as well as a physical therapist. Genie specializes in hand and upper extremity injuries, ASTYM, vestibular rehabilitation, and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Genie is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Physical Therapy, and the University of Notre Dame.

Tricia Killman, PT

Tricia Killman is a Physical Therapist at our Tulsa location. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Langston University. Tricia has 15 years of experience in orthopedics. She specializes in ASTYM, and vestibular rehab. In her spare time she loves spending time with her two boys and family and friends. She is also an avid member of her church and in the community.

Dana Smith-Burrows, MPT

Dana Smith-Burrows is a Physical Therapist at our Bartlesville location. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Studies and her Master's degree in Physical Therapy both from the University of Oklahoma. Dana is certified in ASTYM and McKenzie Spine Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. She has clinical experience in pediatrics and orthopedics. She is married to Aaron Burrows, a 6th grade science teacher and football/baseball coach in Skiatook. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, her favorite TV shows and movies, reading a good book, and exploring culinary arts.

Jessica McGinley, MPT

Jessica McGinley is a Physical Therapist at both our Batlesville and Owasso Locations. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Studies and her Master's degree in Physical Therapy both from the University of Oklahoma. Jessica is certified in ASTYM. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, being outdoors, cooking, running and Yoga.

Krystal Glover, PTA

Krystal Glover is a Physical Therapy Assistant at our Owasso location. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College. Krystal is certified in ASTYM and job site assessments for industries in the surrounding area. She also has experience in inpatient rehabilitation and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, music, reading, genealogy, dancing and cooking.

Jamie Steidley, PTA

Jamie Steidley is a Physical Therapy Assistant at our Owasso Location. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College. Jamie is certified in job site assessments through DSI work solutions and the ASTYM treatment. She has experienced in post-operative and orthopedic rehabilitation as well as inpatient rehabilitation. She plans to specialize in a specific area of physical therapy after five years of professional experience. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys traveling, cooking, zumba and spending time with friends and family.

Kayla Stoltzfus, PTA

Kayla Stoltzfus is a Physical Therapy Assistant at our home health clinics. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College. Kayla has 4+ years experience in the healthcare industry including Physical Therapy Technician and Physical Therapy Assistant both of which have been for the Center for Physical Therapy. She is certified in ASTYM, and DSI Workwell Job Function Descriptions and Testing. Aside from work she is very involved with her home church Eden Mennonite. She serves on a variety of committees, the church council, and is the Jr. and Sr. High youth director. In her hard to find spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends sharing many laughs.

Cindy Hamilton, PTA

Cindy Hamilton is a Physical Therapy Assistant. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and home health care. Cindi specializes in vestibular rehab, ASTYM, advanced dementia care, as well as geriatric rehab. She enjoys spending time with husband and daughter, friends and friends in her spare time.

Amanda Aldridge, PTA

Amanda Aldridge is a Physical Therapist Assistant at our Bartlesville location. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College. Amanda has clinical experience in neurodevelopmental and orthopedic pediatrics as well as outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Amanda and her 6-year-old daughter Cora live in Owasso and love playing outside, watching movies and going out and having girls' nights. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys hunting, competitive archery, kayaking, rock-climbing and camping, as well as watching movies, traveling and road trips.

April Forcum, PT Tech.

April Forcum is a Physical Therapy Technician at our Bartlesville location. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in pre-med studies at the University of Oklahoma. April has had two half years of being in a clinical and a hospital setting, assisting with patients in a variety of ways. She is motivated to continue her education in the near future. In her spare time, she loves traveling, cooking, wakeboarding, snow skiing and fellowshipping with friends and family.

Kristina Ratts, Practice Manager

Kristina is a Practice Manager at our Prairie Rose location. She earned an Associate of Science degree from Cameron University in Lawton Oklahoma. She has previous healthcare experience in direct patient care in a nursing home. She also has 3+ years experience in Sales and marketing. She plans to continue her education in physical therapy in the near future. She is a wife and mother of 2, whom keep her quite busy! She also loves spending time with family and friends.

Deena Price, Practice Manager

Deena Price is our Practice Manager for the Tulsa office. She has worked in the medical field for over fifteen years and joined The Center for Physical Therapy in May 2008. Prior to joining our staff she worked as the office manager for 9 years at a hand clinic. Deena has lived in the Tulsa area most of her life graduating from Edison and has attended classes at TCC and OU. She enjoys working and filling in at the other locations as needed. She is the mother of a grown son, Marshall, who is married to her lovely daughter-in-law, Amber and has a daughter, Melissa that is a senior in college and will be applying to dental school soon! Deena loves planting flowers, traveling, and swimming and has just about finished renovations on her home. She lives in Tulsa with her Yorkiepoo, Adora.

Brandi Ray, Practice Manager

Brandi Ray is a Practice Manager for our Bartlesville location. She went to college at Victor Valley Community College. Although her background was not in Physical Therapy she enjoys working in the field. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their six children. All of which keep her very busy!!

Amy Henderson, Practice Manager

Amy is a practice manager at our Owasso location. She earned two Associate's degrees, one in History and the other in Psychology, both from Tulsa Community College. She also earned a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in Child and Family Development. She has been with our company since November 2009, and was born and raised in the Catoosa area. Outside of work, she is an avid quilter and water skiier, and loves spening time with her husband and young son.

Susan Perry, CPC, Practice Administrator

Susan Perry is our Practice Administrator located at the Tulsa location. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Office Administration from Tulsa Community College. She is certified coder and a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and the ProTulsa Chapter. Susan has 13+ years experience in the healthcare industry including direct patient care, medical billing and collections, and practice management. She was the founder of Outsourced Medical Billing, LLC in Tulsa. She continues to complete continuing education classes and office consultation/training services. She handles contracting, credentialing, staff training/education as well as oversight of all billing and daily office operations. Her enthusiasm for her work comes from obtaining maximum results for providers and clients, correct and accurate reimbursement, and an overall successful medical office. Susan lives in Broken Arrow with her husband, two children and Boxer.
